ATTENTION Homeowners, Real Estate Agents, Lending Institutions, Title Companies and Closing Agents:  Twin Lakes is a Planned Unit Development and this requires banks and other lending institutions to collect a statement of "dues status" from Twin Lakes at closing.  This letter can be obtained from our Secretary/Treasurer, April Poole.  For fastest response, please email your request to TLHAapril.poole@comcast.net.  April has a full-time job and other responsibilities, so please allow 3 calendar days for preparation of this letter.  You may also leave a message at her number below, but be aware that may cause delays if you're short on time.
