The Twin Lakes Homes Association Board of Directors is now accepting bids for mowing services for the 2024 growing season!
If you are interested in submitting a bid, please be sure to review our Request for Bid (posted below) closely to ensure that your business has the capacity to provide the requested services.
All bids are due to the board no later than December 31st, 2023 and should be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
A board member(s) will meet with those who choose to bid to give a tour of our common grounds if they are not already familiar with Twin Lakes.
All parties that choose to submit a bid will be notified of the board’s decision no later than February 1, 2024.
