Twin lakes received a phone call from the City of Springfield this morning. We have been selected for the free tree give away to help our environment. We have been offered free Japanese maples to whoever wants to plant one on their property. This tree is very young and manageable to plant. At full maturity it reaches no taller than 20 foot. I will be accepting one myself. If you would like to be apart of this program please notify me, John Thomas or any other board member to place your order. Randy Belville ( cities arborist) will be delivering them next week if your interested. You can also leave a message on this thread. Have a great day Twin lakes. ... See MoreSee Less

Good morning Twin lake members. It's been a busy year even though Covid made its dramatic appearance. Tonight will be our annual meeting which usually is attended at the east shelter. With the threat of storms and the hot humidity the executive board has decided to move our meeting to King Pin Lanes community room. This room can hold up to 75 people with comfort of air conditioning. It is on the west side of the bowling center. Starting time of the meeting is 6:30. Hope to see some smiling faces at our presentation of where we are at with the budget and future repairs. A meet and greet will start at 6pm tonight. We have several opportunities to join the board or just sign up to be a volunteer. Hope to see many of you tonight. Your current President Johnny Thomas. ... See MoreSee Less
